Eva LeBlanc of Résidence du Marais, Dieppe (formerly of Memramcook East) passed away at the CHU Dr. George L. Dumont on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the age of 89. Born in Belliveau Village on July 17, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Henri and Marie (LeBlanc) LeBlanc.
 She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Télorise (late Edgar) Gaudet of Dieppe and Cécile (Bernard) Pellerin of Scoudouc; six sons, Omer of Moncton, Walter of Memramcook East, Louis (Rachel) of Moncton, Rhéal (Noëlla) of Pré-D’en-Haut, Léonard (Roberte) of College Bridge and Aimé (Jacqueline) of Memramcook East; a special friend, Ulysse; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; two sisters, Louise (late Aurèle) Melanson of Peterborough, ON and Maria (late Thomas) LeBlanc of Dieppe and by several nieces and nephews.
Beside her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Philias (1991), one son Jude (2013), one grandson, Etienne; five sisters, Rita, Amanda, Alvina, Osithe and Dorilla and by eight brothers, Antoine, Camille, Dominique, Aimé, Adrien, Vital, Eddée and Willie.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook and the Funeral service will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Saturday, August 6 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held in the Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes parish cemetery
